This is a series if you also register for the other 2 Deepening Quality Teaching Practices Training.

Come take a deeper look at feedback strategies to use in the classroom. We will explore how the CLASS© tool gives teachers a variety of strategies to expand children’s understanding including: scaffolding, developing curiosity about what/how children think, and using back and forth conversations to give children a deeper understanding of concepts.

Bio:

Debi is a professional development coach and trainer for Clayton Early Learning and loves collaborating with teachers, building on their strengths in the classroom.  She earned a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA), a BS in Management of Human Resources and a Minor in Early Childhood as well as Master’s classes in coaching from UCD and has been in the early childhood field for over 30 years. She has a Level IV Colorado Early Childhood Professional Credential, is an Intermediate Level trainer through the Colorado Office of Professional Development, has a Colorado Coaching Credential, is a NSRF Certified Critical Friends Group Coach, Strengthening Families trainer, a certified assessor/trainer for the Business Administration Scale (BAS), and is certified on the ECERS-R, FCCERS-R, and ITERS-R.  Debi is also an affiliate Pre-K CLASS trainer and certified on the Toddler, and Infant CLASS.
